I like coffee

It brings me a lot of benefits

  • Increases my energy level and brain level
  • Helps increasing metabolism rate
  • Various micronutrients including B2, B5, magnesium, potassium (low volume though)
  • Appears to lower liver, heart, Parkinson’s diseases

Just don’t drink like a long-term coffee drinkers as the effects will be diminishing.
